Portuguese Courses in Portugal
Standard Portuguese Course:
This course is 15 lessons/week and is the most popular of all our Portuguese courses, as it allows you plenty of free time, whilst still being ‘intensive’ enough to ensure you make rapid progress with your Portuguese.
Intensive Portuguese Course:
This course, 30 lessons/week, is an excellent choice if learning to speak Portuguese in as little time as possible is what is important to you. You can attend this course in Lisbon, or study at a coastal location like Faro in Southern Portugal.
Combined Portuguese Courses:
These courses are a combination of a ‘Standard Portuguese Course’ and private lessons. If you choose a ‘Combined Portuguese Course’, you can use the private lessons to concentrate on whatever is most important to you – perhaps preparing for a specific exam, or concentrating on the type of Portuguese that you need for your job. For example, if learning to speak Portuguese is more important to you than learning to write the language, you could use your private lessons to practice speaking Portuguese.
‘Special Interest’ Portuguese Courses:
You can choose from: ‘Portuguese and Gastronomy’, or ‘Portuguese for Teachers, as well as several other ‘Special Interest’ courses.
Remember, you don’t have to study in just one location – You can divide your Portuguese course between our 2 schools in Portugal, or between our schools in Portugal and Brazil. People speak Portuguese differently in different parts of the same country, as well as between Portugal and Brazil. Learning to speak Portuguese in more than one location, you will get used to different accents and therefore be better able to speak Portuguese in any situation.
