LSI Zurich, formerly known as Two Cities Club, was founded in 1954 and quickly became known as a reputable school, teaching with modern yet approved methods in a relaxed and communicative atmosphere. The original concept was to bring people of various professional and social backgrounds together in order to learn English. Because of the immense success of, and interest in this approach to learning English, the program was extended to include German, French, Italian and Spanish courses. In 1980 Two Cities Club started its collaboration with Language Studies International, a worldwide network of language schools. In 1998 we became a full LSI member school and this was reflected in our name change from Two Cities Club to LSI Zurich.

You'll also have the opportunity to reinvigorate yourself through immersion in one of Switzerland's famous thermal baths.
You will enjoy a tour of the picturesque vineyards in the Valais. The Valais is the principle wine-growing canton in Switzerland, showcasing 5,200 hectares of vineyards. A wine-tasting tour during the afternoon program will introduce you to the customs and practices
of viticulture in the Valais. You'll gain an insight into the mysteries of winegrowing and winemaking and the 15 principal varieties of white and red grape wines that are integral to the region. In summer wine-lovers can stroll along the footpaths meandering though the vineyards.
